AYTEKİN AKTAŞ
Aytekin AKTAŞ earned his LL.B. from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2016 and subsequently completed a B.A. in Business Administration at Istanbul University AUZEF in 2017. He holds an LL.M. in Human Rights Law from Dokuz Eylül University, awarded in 2022.
He has practiced law independently since 2017, advising clients across a range of public and private law disciplines. His work includes corporate counsel, mediation, and contributions to legal publications. He also provides coordination of legal affairs and representation in professional and commercial matters. In addition to his legal practice, he is actively engaged in legal advocacy and civil society initiatives focused on human rights, environmental protection, and migration policy.
He is a founding partner of Dike Law and is fluent in English and German.
CANSIN KAYA
Cansın KAYA earned her LL.B. from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2016 and completed her LL.M. in Private Law at the same institution in 2023. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Private Law
Since 2018, she has maintained an independent legal practice, with a primary focus on private law, while also working across various legal fields. In parallel with her legal practice, she is a registered mediator and holds specialist accreditation as an expert mediator in consumer law, labour law, and commercial law.
She is a founding partner of Dike Law and is fluent in English.
MEHMET CAN ERTÜRK
Mehmet Can ERTÜRK earned his LL.B. from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2022. He is currently pursuing a second undergraduate degree in Radio, Television, and Cinema at Ege University and began his LL.M. in Private Law at Dokuz Eylül University in 2024. He completed his legal internship at Dike Law.
Since 2023, he has been practicing law independently, advising clients across a range of legal areas, spanning fields such as insurance law, family law, tenancy law, inheritance law, and the law of obligations.
He is an editor at Dike Law and is fluent in English.
CEREN EKİCİ
Ceren EKİCİ earned her LL.B. from Gaziantep University Faculty of Law in 2021.
Since 2023, she has been practicing law independently, advising clients across a range of legal areas, spanning fields such as contract law, corporate law, family law, real estate law, expropriation law, and criminal law.
She is an editor at Dike Law and is fluent in English.
ÇAĞAN AKYÜREK
Çağan AKYÜREK earned his LL.B. from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2022.
Since 2023, he has been practicing law independently, advising clients across a range of legal matters, with a primary focus on criminal law.
He is actively involved in criminal law and human rights projects carried out by the İzmir Bar Association, the Centre of Legal Aid in Criminal Justice, and various legal organisations.
He is an editor at Dike Law and is fluent in English.
FATİH AYDIN
Fatih AYDIN earned his LL.B. from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2018 and completed his LL.M. in Human Rights Law at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2023. He began his Ph.D. in European Union Studies at Istanbul University in 2024.
Since 2019, he has been practicing law independently, advising clients across a range of legal matters, with a primary focus on public law. In addition to his legal practice, he also contributes to projects addressing human rights, freedom of expression, and migration through legal and civil society organisations.
He is a writer at Dike Law and is fluent in English and Greek.
ESİN ARI BİRCAN
Esin ARI BİRCAN earned her LL.B. from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017, completed a B.A. in Business Administration at Istanbul University AUZEF in 2022, and obtained an LL.M. in Public Law from Marmara University in 2024.
Since 2019, she has been practicing law independently, advising clients primarily in the fields of criminal law, administrative law, and commercial law. Her work includes advising corporate clients and private individuals and representing them in litigation and enforcement proceedings. She also serves as a conciliator under the Department of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

HARUN ERDİL
Harun ERDİL earned his LL.B. from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017. After completing his language studies in the United Kingdom, he began providing professional legal advisory services in English.
He has been practising law independently, advising clients across various areas of private law. His work includes corporate advisory, company formation, mergers and acquisitions, and contributions to legal publications. In addition to his legal practice, he is engaged in human rights, animal rights, and environmental law projects through legal and civil society organisations.

VEDAT DAYAN
Vedat Dayan earned his LL.B. from Aix-Marseille University Faculty of Law in 2018. He completed the first year of the Advanced Public Law LL.M. program at Aix-Marseille University in 2019 and subsequently obtained his LL.M. in European Human Rights Law from the University of Strasbourg. In 2023, he received equivalency recognition for his law degree from Dokuz Eylül University in Turkey.
He completed his legal internship at Dike Law and has been practicing law independently since 2025. He is actively engaged in projects related to immigration law through various associations. He is also a founding member of the International Human Rights Civil Society Organisation based in France.
He is a writer at Dike Law and is fluent in English and French.
LOKMAN HEKİM HUT
Lokman Hekim Hut earned his LL.B. from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 2018.
Since 2023, he has been practicing law independently, advising clients across a range of legal matters, with a primary focus on public law. In addition to his legal practice, he provides legal advisory services to companies.

GÜLCE DİREN KIRATLI
Gülce Diren Kıratlı earned her LL.B. from the Doğu Akdeniz University Faculty of Law in 2020. She is currently pursuing studies in International Trade and Logistics at Istanbul University AUZEF.
Since 2021, she has been practicing law independently, advising clients across a range of public and private law matters. In addition to her legal practice, she provides legal advisory services to companies. In addition to her legal practice, she is actively engaged in volunteer work with legal and civil society organisations.

OLCAY YONCA KAZANASMAZ
Olcay Yonca Kazanasmaz earned her LL.B. from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2021 and completed her LL.M. at the University of Westminster in 2024.
Since 2023, she has been practicing law independently, advising clients across a range of legal matters, with a focus on private law and criminal law. In addition to her legal practice, she has contributed to international projects on the rule of law and access to justice through her work with ELSA and has supported the activities of various civil society organisations. She is also engaged in work related to animal rights and climate change advocacy.

CANSU ERÇİN
Cansu Erçin earned her LL.B. from Yaşar University Faculty of Law in 2023.
She completed her legal internship at Dike Law. She has been practising law independently since 2024, advising clients across a range of legal matters, including inheritance law, criminal law, family law, tenancy law, and tax law.

HÜSNA GÜNDÜZ
Hüsna Gündüz earned her LL.B. from Maltepe University Faculty of Law in 2022.
After completing her legal internship in Istanbul, she has been practising law independently since 2023, advising clients across a range of legal matters, with a focus on private law. In addition to her legal practice, she is actively involved in volunteer work with civil society organisations focused on women’s rights and human rights.

DENİZ CANPOLAT
Deniz CANPOLAT earned his LL.B. from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2023. He has been pursuing an LL.M. in Public Law at İzmir Katip Çelebi University since 2025.
He completed his legal internship at Dike Law. He has been practising law independently since 2025, advising clients across a range of legal matters, with a focus on intellectual property law, enforcement law, real estate law, and criminal law.

HASAN IRMAK DENE
Hasan Irmak Dene earned his LL.B. from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2022. He has been pursuing an LL.M. in Human Rights Law at Dokuz Eylül University since 2024.
He is currently completing his legal internship at Dike Law. His responsibilities include managing international matters, overseeing relationships with foreign clients in Turkey, and coordinating between the firm’s offices in Germany and Turkey, in addition to supporting general office operations.

MELİKE KAYMAKÇI
She has been pursuing her LL.B. at the University of Hamburg Faculty of Law since 2022, as part of a dual-degree program jointly offered by the University of Hamburg and Istanbul University.
She is working as an intern at Dike Law. Her responsibilities include supporting general office operations, managing client relations in Germany, and coordinating between the firm’s offices in Germany and Turkey.
